Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fitter / Assembly Technician with hands-on experience in manufacturing or engineering industries. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical assembly, fitting, installation, and maintenance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical fitting and assembly work as per drawings and specifications.

• Assemble mechanical components, parts, pumps, motors, and related equipment.

• Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and measurements.

• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and fitting equipment.

• Perform drilling, cutting, grinding, alignment, and other fitting activities.

• Identify and resolve basic mechanical assembly issues.

• Maintain proper quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area properly.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly.

• Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry.

• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.

• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.

• Good understanding of workshop tools and safety practices.

• Willingness to work on the shop floor.

Eligibility

✅ ITI Fitter / Diploma Mechanical
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
✅ Manufacturing / Engineering industry experience preferred
