फायर अलार्म टेक्नीशियन

We are looking for a Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at Perks Links & Services Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate fire-fighting and fire alarm systems in the residential premises.

• Conduct routine inspection of fire pumps, hydrants, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers and fire panels.

• Ensure fire exits, emergency passages and fire-fighting equipment remain accessible and unobstructed.

• Attend fire alarms and emergencies promptly and follow emergency response procedures.

• Maintain daily fire-system checklists, logbooks and inspection records.

• Coordinate with the fire-fighting AMC/vendor for testing, servicing and maintenance.

• Report any fire-system fault, leakage, damage or safety concern immediately to the Technical Supervisor/Facility Manager.

• Assist in fire drills, emergency preparedness and evacuation activities.

  The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 with growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
