
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Field Technician (ELV Systems) to join our team at [Company Name].
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, and Access Control Systems, including cabling, device installation, and troubleshooting.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, teamwork, and accountability for the team’s performance and project quality.
Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems such as Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Handle cabling, wiring, and termination as per system design and project specifications.
Diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting, and ensure proper functionality of all installed systems.
Coordinate and work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements.
Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to the supervisor or project manager.
Assist in material handling, site documentation, and coordination with other technical teams when needed.
Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, etc.).
Project Experience: Candidates with experience in Data Center, Residential, Metro, or Smart City Projects will be preferred.
Good knowledge of cabling layouts, device installation, testing tools, and wiring diagrams.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take responsibility for team output.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
