Role Overview:

Position: Field Service Engineer (FSE)

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply!)

Work Location: Regional – Local Travel

Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics)

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Service: Execute on-site setup and installation of fuel dispensers, electronic systems, or associated industrial retail equipment.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular preventive maintenance and quick breakdown troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime. Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and issue resolution.

Technical Support: Diagnose, fault-find, and service complex electronic, mechanical, and electrical subsystems on-site while following safety, quality, and company service protocols.

Customer Management: Maintain strong on-site relationship management with retail fuel outlet partners by completing jobs safely and timely.

Reporting: Meticulously document service reports, root cause failure findings, and maintenance logs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education: Mandatory ITI, Diploma, or Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering streams.

Transport Asset: Must possess a functional 2-wheeler for daily regional commute.

Legal Documentation: Must hold a valid Indian Driver’s License.

Travel Profile: High willingness to handle extensive local/on-field travel.
