Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, service, and maintain fuel dispensing systems and equipment.
Attend customer service calls and troubleshoot equipment-related issues at site.
Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and communication-related faults.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of fuel dispensers and associated systems.
Carry out equipment testing, calibration, and functional checks as per company/service standards.
Maintain proper service reports, job sheets, spare-parts records, and customer documentation.
Coordinate with customers and internal technical/support teams for issue resolution.
Ensure service calls are attended within the required turnaround time.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain high standards of workplace safety.
Travel to customer locations and fuel stations as required.
Maintain service tools, testing equipment, and assigned spare parts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
1–4 years of experience in field service, maintenance, electrical/electronic equipment, or industrial automation.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, electronics, sensors, motors, relays, and control systems.
Knowledge of communication protocols, networking, or POS systems will be an advantage.
Ability to read electrical/electronic wiring diagrams.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
