Job Title: Cabling Technician/ Fiber Technician

Company: Wireworks India

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days/week (Mon–Sat)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform termination, splicing (fusion/mechanical), and testing of fiber optic cables
Install, pull, and route low-voltage cables (CAT5e, CAT6/A, Fiber Optic, Coaxial) in commercial, data center, and office environments
Terminate copper cabling at wall plates, patch panels, and jacks as per TIA/EIA standards (T-568A/B)
Test and certify structured cabling using industry-standard equipment (e.g., Fluke testers)
Diagnose and troubleshoot cable faults — shorts, open circuits, faulty terminations
Maintain cable mapping, labelling, as-built drawings, and test documentation

Skills Required:

Fiber/Copper cable termination (jacks, patch panels, racks)
Basic knowledge of conduits, trays, Structured Cabling
Good verbal communication
Time management & attention to detail

Eligibility:

10th Pass /12th pass/ ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate
Willing to travel as per project requirement
Willing to work Sundays/holidays when needed
