About the Role

We are looking for a Product Assembly & Testing Technician to join our manufacturing team in Sakinaka, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electronic product assembly, wiring, testing and troubleshooting and should be comfortable working with basic electrical/electronic testing instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial electronic products, equipment and components.

• Perform wiring, connector fitting and basic mechanical assembly.

• Test and inspect finished products as per defined procedures.

• Operate basic testing instruments such as multimeter and other measuring tools.

• Identify and report assembly, wiring and testing defects.

• Perform basic troubleshooting of electronic/electrical components.

• Follow work instructions, drawings and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain required product quality and production standards.

• Maintain basic assembly, testing and production records.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve issues.

• Follow workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics or a related technical field preferred.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in product assembly, electronics assembly, testing or manufacturing.

• Basic knowledge of electronic and electrical components.

• Hands-on knowledge of wiring, connectors and assembly procedures.

• Basic understanding of using a multimeter/testing instruments.

• Good hand skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to identify basic assembly and testing defects.

• Good learning attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered depending on the requirement.
