We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Lithium-ion Battery Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, maintenance, and repair of Lithium-ion battery packs. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in battery manufacturing processes, cell assembly, BMS integration, and troubleshooting defective packs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Manufacturing: Assemble Lithium-ion battery packs according to specifications and safety guidelines.
Spot Welding & Soldering: Perform cell welding (spot welding), soldering, and wiring of Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Testing & Quality Assurance: Test battery cells, modules, and finished battery packs for voltage, capacity, internal resistance, and overall quality using testing equipment.
Repair & Troubleshooting: Identify faults, diagnose damaged or weak battery cells/BMS, and safely repair or replace components in defective battery packs.
Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain manufacturing tools and machines used in battery production.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow factory safety norms, handle lithium materials safely, and maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
Documentation: Keep daily records of output, tested units, repairs made, and defective items.
