About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Executive – Home Automation to handle installation, setup, and configuration of smart home devices. The role involves performing basic wiring, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and providing on-site technical support to customers. The candidate will ensure proper functioning of devices, maintain installation records, and deliver a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Installation and setup of home automation devices (smart switches, sensors, lights, voice assistants, etc.)

· Perform basic wiring and configuration of smart devices

· Troubleshoot device connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, app integration, etc.)

· Provide on-site technical support to customers during setup and installation

· Ensure proper functioning of devices and customer satisfaction post-installation

· Maintain installation checklists, service records, and documentation

Who Can Apply (Ideal Backgrounds):

We welcome candidates with a background in home automation, electrical work, electronics, or technical installation roles. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who have hands-on exposure to device installation, wiring, configuration, or troubleshooting can apply. Individuals with basic knowledge of Wi-Fi networks and mobile apps, and a customer-oriented approach, will be a good fit for this role. Candidates willing to travel locally for installations and support are encouraged to apply.

· Ability to work independently at client sites
