To provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support services for UPS systems and associated power backup equipment at customer sites, ensuring high customer satisfaction and system uptime.
Install and commission UPS systems, batteries, and related electrical equipment.
Perform site inspection and prepare installation readiness reports.
Configure UPS systems as per technical and safety standards.
Conduct routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of UPS systems.
Identify and rectify UPS faults, power issues, and battery failures.
Perform load testing and evaluate system performance.
Attend service calls promptly and professionally.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers.
Prepare service reports and update service logs.
Train customers on UPS operation and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain service documentation, call logs, installation reports, and warranty records.
Update service CRM/ERP applications (if applicable).
Follow electrical safety standards and company protocols.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of batteries.
Use PPE and adhere to site safety guidelines.
Coordinate with HO/service team for technical guidance and spare parts.
Support sales team with technical inputs when required.
