📢 Job Opening: Electronics Technician – Machine Division

Location: POR, Vadodara
Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering

Role Summary:

The Electronics Engineer will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electronic and automation systems in printing and packaging machines. Responsibilities include working with PLCs, drives, sensors, and control systems to ensure smooth production. The engineer will also support installation, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot electronic systems and control panels in machines

• Diagnose and repair PLC systems, sensors, drives, motors, and control circuits

• Install, commission, and calibrate new machines and equipment

• Collaborate with production and mechanical teams to minimize machine downtime

• Monitor performance and suggest automation improvements

• Maintain electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

• Conduct preventive maintenance on electronic components and control systems

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant regulations

• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for technical support and spares

• Support continuous improvement and automation projects

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, etc.)

• Understanding of industrial automation systems, sensors, drives, and control panels

• Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic circuit diagrams

• Knowledge of servo motors, VFD drives, and machine control systems

• Experience in troubleshooting printing/packaging machinery is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns

• Preferred experience in manufacturing / print & packaging industry

• Electronics maintenance or automation experience in a manufacturing plant

• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred

🚍 Transport Facility:

• Residence preferably near New Sama Road, Vadodara or Por GIDC area

• Company transport will be provided from Sardar Estate at 7:30 AM for selected candidates
