We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team to support our customers with installation, calibration, and maintenance of weighing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, calibration, and commissioning of weighing machines at client sites.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of weighing equipment.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Providing on-site technical support and customer training.
Preparing service reports and maintaining documentation.
Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation (or related field).
1–3 years of experience in servicing weighing machines / electronic equipment (freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply).
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic/electro-mechanical systems.
Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of calibration standards will be an added advantage.
