Job Title: PCB Repair Technician / Electronics Rework Technician (Fresher)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: AHMEDABAD

Job Description:

We are looking for a PCB Repair Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing existing printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify faults in PCBs (dry solder joints, burnt components, broken tracks, etc.)

• Rework and repair PCBs using soldering iron/rework station

• Replace damaged components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.)

• Test repaired boards to confirm proper functioning

• Maintain basic records of repair work done

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome — full training will be provided

• Basic understanding of electronics components is a plus (ITI Electronics/Electrician background preferred but not mandatory)

• Steady hands and good eyesight for fine detail work

• Willingness to learn soldering and rework techniques

• Punctual and disciplined work approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related trade

• Any prior exposure to soldering (even hobby-level) is a bonus
