Electronics Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Repairing Technician – Electronics with strong hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic boards, components, and sensors. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of electronic circuits used in sanitary electronic products and similar consumer/industrial electronic devices. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, component-level repair expertise, and the ability to ensure high-quality and reliable product performance.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹11,500 - ₹15,500 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic PCBs at component level (resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, sensors, relays, etc.).

• Repair and test electronic boards used in sanitary electronic products (sensor-based faucets, flush systems, controllers, power modules, etc.).

• Identify root causes of electronic failures and suggest corrective and preventive actions.

• Perform soldering, desoldering, rework, and replacement of SMD and through-hole components.

• Test electronic circuits using multi meters, LCR meters, and other testing tools.

• Interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Conduct functional testing and quality checks after repair to ensure product reliability.

• Maintain repair records, failure analysis reports, and spare component usage.

• Support production, service, and quality teams in resolving recurring electronic issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and quality standards during repair activities.

• Guide and mentor junior technicians, if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.

• Read repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.

• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
