Role & Responsibilities (Field Technical Engineer)

  • Install company products at customer sites.

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.

  • Carry out calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.

  • Attend service calls and resolve technical issues promptly.

  • Test and commission products after installation.

  • Prepare service reports and coordinate with the technical team.

  • Handle electrical components, wiring, and basic electrical connections safely.

  • Travel to customer locations using the company vehicle (10–20 km/day or as required).

  • Ensure proper use and care of company tools and equipment.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • B.Tech / B.E. / ITI (Electrical Engineering) required.

  • Basic theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical engineering.

  • Understanding of electrical components, wiring, and measuring instruments.

  • Willingness to travel for field visits using the company vehicle.

  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently at customer sites.

  • Freshers with strong technical fundamentals are welcome.
