Job Overview :-

Jio Air Fiber Technician roles involve installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber set top box, Indoor & Outdoor unit, other accessories and optic cables to ensure efficient data transmission and communication infrastructure. As a technician, you'll play a crucial role in providing world-class customer experience and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Install and service Jio Fiber/Air Fiber broadband connections at customers' homes

• Troubleshoot and fix issues with fiber networks

• Collect reference leads and sales

• Maintain detailed records of fiber optic infrastructure and corrective actions

• Daily Co-ordination with co. managers and engineering staff to streamline network operations.

Eligibility Criteria :-

• Age: 18 and above

• Qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass or equivalent

• Experience: experienced (6 months - 5 years)

• Two Wheeler with license

• Skills :-

• Fluency in local language

• Basic smartphone knowledge

• Willingness to work in the field

Salary and Benefits :-

• Monthly salary: ₹10,000 to 15000 (calculated based on installations) + Incentive

• Earning potential: up to ₹1000 per day
