  Cleaning & maintenance of solar plant

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of solar panels to maximize energy production and efficiency.

• ~Inspect panels for any signs of damage, defects, or debris accumulation.

• ~Utilize cleaning equipment and solutions to remove dirt, dust, and other contaminants from panels.

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries while working at heights and with electrical equipment.

•  Document cleaning activities, including the location and condition of panels, using company-provided tools and software.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any issues or concerns.

• Assist with minor repairs or troubleshooting of solar panels as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, tools, and equipment.
