Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor - Industrial Construction to join our Civil Construction team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and site teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, and supporting timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal site teams.

• Monitor project progress and support effective project planning and execution.

• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and other documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.

• Identify site-related issues and coordinate for their timely resolution.

• Monitor manpower, materials, and site activities for smooth project execution.

• Support the team in achieving project milestones within the planned schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.

• Basic knowledge of civil construction practices and site operations.

• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be preferred.

• Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and site teams.

• Good problem-solving and team-working skills.

• Willingness to travel and work at multiple project locations.
