हम एक अनुभवी Channel Letter Metal / Acrylic Fabricator की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जिसे illuminated और non-illuminated channel letter signs की fabrication का अच्छा अनुभव हो। उम्मीदवार को metal sheet, aluminum, stainless steel, acrylic, trim cap, letter face, back panel और signage fabrication tools के साथ काम करने की practical knowledge होनी चाहिए।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
Channel letters को metal, aluminum, acrylic और अन्य signage materials से fabricate करना।
Aluminum returns को cutting, bending, shaping और assembling करना।
Design और measurement के अनुसार acrylic faces, back panels और trim caps तैयार करना।
Front-lit, back-lit, halo-lit और combination-lit channel letters पर काम करना।
Fabrication drawings, measurements और sign layouts को समझकर काम करना।
Bending machine, router, grinder, drill, welding tools और cutting tools का उपयोग करना।
Letters और logo elements की proper finishing, alignment, bonding और fitting सुनिश्चित करना।
LED installation और electrical fitting के लिए letters को तैयार करना।
Material quality, size, edges, joints और overall finish की checking करना।
Designers, electricians, painters और installation team के साथ coordination करना।
Tools, machines और work area को safe और clean condition में रखना।
Cutting, welding, bending और material handling के दौरान safety standards follow करना।
