We are looking for a multi-talented, high-energy Technical Project Manager & Lead Engineer to head our customer deployment and service operations. As an active partner in our sales-to-installation pipeline, you will oversee the technical execution of three core product lines at client locations: Enterprise Networks, Surveillance Systems (CCTV/NVR/DVR), and Critical Power Backups (UPS Systems).

This role blends hands-on engineering, leadership, and customer success. You will not only engineer solutions but also build, recruit, and manage a field installation team while serving as the primary technical point of contact to resolve customer grievances.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Customer Installations (Technical Execution)

• Network Deployment: Design, configure, and install corporate network infrastructures (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points).

• Surveillance Systems: Oversee and execute the physical mounting, network integration, storage calculation, and remote viewing configuration for NVR/DVR and CCTV arrays.

• UPS Commissioning: Correctly calculate load demands to install, wire, and test single-phase and three-phase UPS systems alongside their battery banks at customer facilities.

2. Team Leadership & Recruitment

• Build the Team: Source, interview, recruit, and onboard competent field technicians and junior installers to match business scaling.

• Lead Operations: Schedule site deployments, assign daily technical tasks, and monitor your team’s execution quality to meet deadlines.

• Technical Training: Up-skill your field crew on standard operating procedures, clean structured cabling, and workplace safety guidelines.

3. Customer Relations & Conflict Resolution

• On-Site Representation: Act as the elite, professional face of the company during site surveys, handovers, and final client walkthroughs.

• Grievance Handling: Actively listen to and resolve client complaints or technical issues with empathy, speed, and clear communication.

• Technical Advisory: Translate complex technical requirements into plain language for clients to ensure realistic expectations and high satisfaction.

Professional Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 years in on-site technical deployments, with at least 2 years in a team lead, managerial, or customer-facing coordinator role.

• Technical Expertise: Dual proficiency in system networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing) and power electronics (UPS load calculations, battery systems).

• Leadership Capabilities: Proven experience recruiting tech talent and managing field deployment crews.

• Soft Skills: Flawless communication skills, sharp negotiation ability, and a customer-first mindset designed to de-escalate tension.
