Job Overview

GSmart I Solutions is looking for an experienced CCTV Technician who can independently handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of different security and surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and configuration of Wi-Fi CCTV Cameras

- Installation and configuration of HD Analog CCTV Cameras

- Installation and configuration of IP CCTV Cameras

- DVR/NVR installation, configuration and troubleshooting

- CCTV camera networking and remote viewing setup

- Installation and configuration of Video Door Phone systems

- Lift CCTV camera installation with P2P devices for remote connectivity

- Installation and configuration of Biometric Attendance & Access Control Systems

- CCTV cabling, termination, testing and fault finding

- Camera positioning, mounting and proper alignment

- Troubleshooting CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, power supplies, networking and connectivity issues

- CCTV repair and maintenance at customer sites

- Site visits for installation, service and technical support

- Customer coordination and explaining system operation

- Preventive maintenance and AMC-related technical work

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a CCTV Technician

- Good knowledge of Wi-Fi, HD Analog and IP CCTV systems

- Knowledge of DVR/NVR configuration and networking

- Experience with Video Door Phones

- Experience in Lift CCTV + P2P device installation

- Basic knowledge of Biometric and Access Control Systems

- Knowledge of LAN networking, IP addressing and remote CCTV viewing

- Ability to identify and resolve technical faults independently

- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Own bike and valid driving licence is mandatory

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills and interview performance.
