We are looking for a CCTV Technician to join our team at C&s Security Facility Management to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.

• Read repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.

• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety by monitoring and controlling access points.

• Patrol property to detect irregularities and respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.

• Detain offenders if necessary and coordinate with law enforcement.

• Maintain daily logs of security activities and unusual events.

• Operate security systems, such as CCTV and alarm systems.

• Provide assistance during evacuations and emergency drills.

• Conduct routine inspections of fire exits, safety equipment, and entrances.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the day shift.
