CCTV Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV footage across all cameras and locations

• Identify and report any suspicious or unauthorized activities

• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly

• Record and maintain logs of daily observations and incidents

• Coordinate with security personnel for immediate action when required

• Review recorded footage for investigations or management requests

• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and information

• Report technical issues related to CCTV systems to the concerned team

• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance operations

• Attention to detail and strong observation skills

• Ability to remain alert and focused for long hours

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, monitoring software)

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience: 1–3 years in CCTV monitoring / security operations preferred

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts (Day/Night)

• Extended screen monitoring

• Work from control room / security office
