Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
Repair and replace engine, brake, suspension, steering, and transmission components.
Inspect vehicles and identify potential safety or performance issues.
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
Carry out battery, electrical, and air-conditioning repairs.
Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs.
Follow manufacturer specifications and workshop safety procedures.
Communicate repair requirements and findings to customers or supervisors.
Requirements:
Certificate/diploma in Automotive Technology or equivalent experience.
Practical knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to use automotive diagnostic scanners.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Previous workshop experience is an advantage.
