About the Role

Indus Solar Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Battery Servicemen to join our Service & Operations team. The role involves installation, inspection, maintenance, testing, and servicing of batteries used in solar power systems. Freshers who are willing to learn and build a career in the renewable energy industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and service batteries used in solar power systems.

Check battery voltage, electrolyte levels, terminals, and overall health.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of battery banks.

Replace faulty batteries and related components when required.

Ensure proper charging and discharging of batteries.

Maintain service reports and daily work records.

Follow electrical safety procedures and company guidelines.

Travel to customer sites for installation and maintenance work.

Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer complaints.

Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.

Eligibility

Education: SSC, 10+2 (12th Pass) or ITI (Electrician, Electronics, Wireman, Electrical Maintenance or related trade).

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in battery servicing, electrical maintenance, UPS, inverter, or solar systems will have an added advantage.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and batteries.

Willingness to learn solar power systems.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to travel for field service.

Physically fit to work at customer locations.

Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidates

ITI Electrician/Electronics/Wireman.

Candidates with experience in solar, inverter, UPS, or battery maintenance.

Candidates with a valid two-wheeler driving licence will be preferred.
