We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of residential properties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility management, tenant satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Property Manager in overall site operations and administration.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and upkeep.
Handle resident queries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain records, reports and documentation.
Ensure safety, security and compliance with site policies and statutory requirements.
Support in budget tracking, vendor management and day-to-day operational activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (with minimum 3 years of relevant experience).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of facility management and residential operations.
