Job Overview

We are looking for 10 responsible and hardworking Field Executives for Airtel Router Recovery operations in Delhi NCR – Gurgaon. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting customer locations, collecting Airtel routers/CPE equipment, updating recovery details, and ensuring all recovered equipment is handled safely and submitted as per company process.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations across Gurgaon/Delhi NCR for router recovery.

• Collect Airtel routers, ONTs, AirFiber devices and other CPE equipment from customers.

• Verify equipment condition and serial/asset details.

• Complete recovery/return documentation accurately.

• Coordinate with customers professionally during equipment collection.

• Submit recovered equipment to the designated team/location.

• Maintain daily field visit and recovery records.

• Follow company safety, quality and operational guidelines.

• Complete assigned recovery targets within the given timeline.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.

• Own Two-Wheeler with valid documents.

• Android smartphone with internet connectivity.

• Willingness to travel and perform field work.

• Responsible, punctual and customer-friendly.

• Ability to work independently and complete daily targets.

• Freshers can also apply if they are comfortable with field work.
