Agricultural Technician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Agriculture Drone Pilot to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in operating agricultural drones for crop spraying and field operations. The candidate must be safety-conscious, technically sound, and willing to travel to different farm locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate agricultural drones for pesticide, fertilizer, and nutrient spraying.

• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of drones and equipment.

• Assemble, calibrate, and prepare drones before each operation.

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of drones.

• Diagnose and carry out minor repairs to ensure smooth operations.

• Plan and execute safe drone flights according to standard operating procedures.

• Ensure accurate spraying while maintaining safety and efficiency.

• Maintain flight logs, battery records, and operational reports.

• Coordinate with the operations team and farmers during field activities.

• Follow all DGCA regulations and company safety guidelines.

Requirements

• DGCA Certified Remote Pilot.

• Valid Medium Category Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) is mandatory.

• Must own a bike for transportation of drone equipment to field locations.

• Experience in agricultural drone operations is preferred.

• Good knowledge of drone assembly, calibration, maintenance, and basic repairs.

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and travel frequently.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in agricultural fields.

• Valid driving licence.

• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Field-based (Travel Required) The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 with growth opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements:

Own bike (for drone transportation). Valid driving licence. DGCA certified medium category RPC (Remote pilot certificate)
