Tuition teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support day-to-day classroom operations at Crescent Feat. The role involves assisting in phonics-based learning sessions, managing classroom organisation, and supporting young learners aged 4+ in a structured and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher during classroom sessions and activities

• Prepare and organise teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom resources

• Support in setting up and maintaining an engaging classroom environment

• Manage student attendance and maintain accurate records

• Organise and track children’s classwork, worksheets, and learning progress

• Assist children individually when required to ensure better understanding

• Communicate basic updates to parents when required (under guidance)

• Ensure classroom materials and supplies are well managed and stocked

• Support during assessments, activities, and special classroom tasks

Requirements

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Comfortable working in the evening shift

• Enjoy working with children aged 4 years and above

• Patient, responsible, and organised

• Basic understanding of early childhood education (preferred, not mandatory)

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Warm and friendly personality with children

• Creative approach towards classroom activities

• Willingness to learn phonics-based teaching methods (paid raining will be provided)

• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
