
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Personality Development Trainer who can train students or employees in communication skills, confidence building, grooming, and professional behavior. The trainer will help individuals enhance their personality, soft skills, and overall professional presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on personality development, soft skills, and communication skills.
Train students in public speaking, confidence building, and body language.
Guide participants on professional etiquette, grooming, and personal presentation.
Develop and deliver interactive training modules, activities, and workshops.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation practice.
Assess students' progress and provide individual feedback and mentoring.
Motivate and encourage participants to develop leadership and interpersonal skills.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
Maintain attendance records and training reports.
