Technical Trainer – Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Trainer to join our team full-time. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, engaging, and industry-oriented technical training to college students and learners. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for college students.

• Teach technical courses such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, Tally, and other relevant technology courses based on expertise.

• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.

• Explain technical concepts clearly using real-world examples and hands-on activities.

• Guide students through practical projects and help them develop industry-relevant skills.

• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain student attendance, progress records, and training reports.

• Adapt teaching methods according to students' learning levels and requirements.

• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic support when required.

• Coordinate with colleges and the Techva team to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.

• Stay updated with current technologies, tools, and industry trends.

• Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of at least one or more technical domains.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation and classroom-management skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Comfortable conducting hands-on practical sessions.

• Ability to work with college students and fresh learners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or industry is preferred.

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
