Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students

- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assignments

- Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and doubt-solving

- Track student progress and maintain attendance/records

- Stay updated with industry trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- *Education:* Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field

- *Experience:* Minimum 2+ years as a Trainer OR 3+ years in industry with training exposure

- *Skills:* Strong domain knowledge, communication skills, and ability to teach in simple language

- *Certifications* in respective domain will be an added advantage
