🌟 Hiring: Female Centre Coordinator (Full-Time,part time)Sip Abacus Academy, ZirakpurSip Abacus Academy Zirakpur is looking for a dynamic and responsible Female Centre Coordinator to management daily centre operations and support admissions and parent coordination. This role is key to the smooth functioning and growth of the centre.🕒 Working Details

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM(full time)

Part time - 3- 7pm( weekdays) weekend -9am-5pm Working Days: 6 days a weekTuesday OffWeekend working mandatory

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle walk-in enquiries and telephonic calls from parentsCounsel parents and explain abacus programs and fee structureManage admissions, registrations, and student dataFollow up on enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and messagesCoordinate with teachers for class schedules and daily operationsHandle parent feedback and concerns politely and professionallyMaintain attendance, records, and basic daily reportsEnsure a welcoming, organised, and positive centre environmentSupport promotional activities and lead follow-ups
