We are looking for a Special Educator to join our team at Shree Samarth Krupa Special School, Dombivli. The position requires creating and implementing lesson plans, supporting special children in their learning and development, and helping students achieve their educational and academic goals. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement lesson plans according to each student's learning needs.

• Teach and support children with special educational needs.

• Track student progress and share regular updates.

• Help students develop academic, communication, social, and daily-life skills.

• Use suitable teaching methods and activities based on individual abilities.

• Provide individual attention and encourage active participation.

• Support students with behavioral and learning challenges.

• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and development.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate / Diploma in Special Education and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Good knowledge of special education, classroom management, lesson planning, and child development is very important. Candidates should have patience, empathy, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with special children.
