Job Title: Supervisor - Proctoring (Work from Office)

Location: Dwarka, Delhi - India

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Supervisor - Proctoring to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of exam proctoring activities at our office. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate freelance proctors, ensure compliance with examination protocols, and maintain a professional and controlled testing environment. This role is exclusively open to female candidates who can commit to a freelance work model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling, onboarding, and training of freelance proctors.

• Ensure exam proctoring activities are conducted in strict compliance with organizational and examination guidelines.

• Supervise proctors during examination sessions to ensure adherence to protocols and address issues in real-time.

• Handle and resolve candidate queries or concerns during exams while maintaining professionalism.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and feedback during each exam session.

• Conduct routine checks to ensure the testing environment meets required standards.

• Coordinate with the operations team for seamless execution of exam sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

• Prior experience in supervision or coordination roles, preferably in an educational or examination setting.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage a team and handle conflicts effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
