Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is hiring English Teachers for rural villages of Gaya, Nawada, Nalanda, Lakhisarai, Munger, and Jamui districts of Bihar. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching Basic English communication skills, digital literacy, and employability skills to students in village learning centers.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Conduct 3 classroom sessions daily for approximately 20 students per batch.

●     Teach Basic English speaking, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.

●     Help students improve confidence, personality development, and employability skills.

●     Support students in learning basic computer operations and digital skills.

●     Maintain classroom discipline, attendance records, and daily operational activities.

●     Follow FEA curriculum, teaching methods, and academic guidelines.

●     Work in assigned rural villages and support community-based educational activities.

●     Participate in compulsory training programs, review meetings, and periodic training visits organized by FEA.

●     Create a positive and motivating learning environment for students.

Eligibility Criteria:

●     Graduation in any subject or any 3-year diploma after 12th.

●     Age between 18 to 45 years.

●     Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

●     Ability to understand and communicate in Basic English will be an advantage.

●     Candidates having a two-wheeler will get preference.

Job Details:

●     Full-time job with 8 working hours per day in split shifts between 6 AM to 7 PM.

●     Minimum one-year work commitment is required.

●     Gross salary: ₹14,500 per month + TA/HRA up to ₹3,000 as applicable.

●     Petrol allowance will be provided for eligible candidates.

●     Candidates must attend a compulsory 60–70 days residential training program in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

●     Free food, accommodation, and sleeper-class train ticket will be provided during training.

●     Training stipend: ₹250 per working day.

●     Appointment letter will be issued after successful completion of training.
