Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a global NGO that trains 18-years old rural youth with a FREE 8 months training program so they can have successful careers in urban areas. We are opening new branches in villages of Mansa District:

Job Requirements:

·        The minimum qualification is graduation (any subject).

·        Should have own 2 wheeler/cycle and mobile phone.

·        Travel and teaching at different local villages of Mansa District will be required.

·        Job duration: 8 months for every identified village and can change as per requirement.

·        Full-time job:8 hours per day anytime between 6 AM to 7 PM. Working 6 days a week.

·        There will be 3 sessions of 2.5 hours (150 minutes) each day + 30 minutes of administrative/operational work. Each session will have a batch of approx. 20 students.

·        Candidate needs to have a basic knowledge of computer operation.

·        The ability to understand and communicate in basic English would be an advantage. 

·        There would be 2 rounds of interviews. 1st interview will be done telephonically, 2nd the interview would be through Zoom or face-to-face at Meerut. The date would be informed separately.

·        36 to 90 working days compulsory training program in Lucknow. For going to Lucknow, your train ticket in sleeper coach will be booked from us. During the training period, all meals and basic lodging will be provided completely free of cost at our Lucknow Staff Training Campus. Training time: 9 AM to 6 PM.

·        No leave is allowed during training except Sunday. Training in Lucknow will be at Scooter India (On Google Maps please look for Gahru FEA). Training in Delhi will be in Basant Gaon ((On Google Maps please look for Basant Gaon FEA)

·        A stipend of Rs. 250 per working day will be paid to you for attending our training program. This amount will be deposited in your bank account by Thursday of every week for the number of days you attended in the preceding week.

·        An appointment letter will be issued only after the successful completion of the training program.

·        If you are willing to work in a village that is more than commuting distance from your home, we will pay room rent for you to be able to live in the village where you work.Merit-Based Employer: FEA hires and promotes solely based on merit.
