Job Description:

The Student Counsellor will play a key role in guiding and supporting students throughout their journey in skill training programs. The role involves student counseling, enrollment, documentation, retention, and addressing student concerns to ensure successful course completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & Enrollment

Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for prospective and enrolled students
Explain training programs, career opportunities, and expected outcomes
Guide students and parents on course selection and resolve their queries
Convert leads into admissions through telecalling, follow-ups, and effective counseling

Student Documentation & Data Management

Collect, verify, and maintain student documents in a timely manner
Ensure accurate and updated student records

Student Retention & Support

Monitor student attendance and course progress
Identify at-risk students and provide counseling support
Handle student grievances and assist with academic or personal concerns
