We are looking for a Spoken English Trainer to join our team Dr. Reddys Foundation with a strong background in one or more academic subjects. The tutor/teacher will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students according to their educational needs. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs.25000-30000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Train candidates on various modules.
Provide feedback to candidates using positive reinforcement techniques.
Prepare candidates for Jobs.
Encourage interactive and collaborative learning in sessions.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Conduct mock interviews

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and minimum 6 months to 2 years. Preference would be given to local candidates and who have a experience in skill industry or any other sector Training or Teaching experience.
