ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an English Language Trainer, you will play a vital role in empowering students and professionals

to communicate effectively in English. You will deliver engaging, activity-based training sessions

designed to build confidence, fluency, and clarity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✓ Conduct interactive sessions in Spoken English, Communication Skills, and Personality

Development.

✓ Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with WICE’s proven teaching methodologies.

✓ Assess students’ performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

✓ Foster a motivating, learner-friendly, and result-oriented classroom environment.

✓ Coordinate with institutions for smooth training delivery and reporting.

✓ Travel across Tamil Nadu to conduct training assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

✓ Any Degree (Graduates from all disciplines are welcome).

✓ Excellent command of spoken and written English.

✓ Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.

✓ Good presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

✓ Willingness to relocate and travel across Tamil Nadu.

✓ Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply — training will be provided.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Freshers: 1.8-2.5 LPA

Experienced Trainers: Salary negotiable based on last drawn CTC
