Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops on HRM topics such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and Labour Laws.
Develop and update teaching content, lesson plans, and case studies aligned with curriculum objectives.
Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and classroom participation.
Guide students in field projects, internships, and research activities.
Support in academic coordination, examination work, and placement activities.
Stay updated on the latest HR trends, tools, and statutory compliances.
Participate in academic meetings, events, and professional development sessions.
