Job description:

Position: Visa counsellor

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Industry: Educational consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients regarding visa processes, documentation, and eligibility requirements
Handle end-to-end visa application process for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, etc.
Assist clients in preparing and reviewing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Stay updated with immigration laws, visa policies, and embassy requirements
Coordinate with clients for timely submission of documents and follow-ups
Maintain records of client interactions and application status
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively
Achieve targets related to conversions and application processing

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling multiple country visa applications
Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or travel company
