Daily Operations & Compliance: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the centre, including staff rosters, attendance, and adherence to company policies. Ensure full compliance with safety guidelines, hygiene protocols, and statutory requirements.
Admissions & Marketing: Drive student enrollments through centre tours, parent counseling, and community outreach. Plan and execute local marketing activities to meet monthly admission targets.
Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and mentor teachers and support staff. Conduct performance appraisals and foster a collaborative work culture.
Parent Engagement: Build trusting relationships with parents through regular communication and timely updates on child progress. Address and resolve parent concerns with professionalism.
Academic Quality Control: Ensure teachers follow the prescribed curriculum and monitor classroom learning outcomes. Organize training sessions for staff to maintain academic standards.
Infrastructure & Resource Management: Maintain the school premises, including classrooms, outdoor areas, and learning materials. Manage inventory for non-teaching stock and coordinate with maintenance vendors.
