Office Timing : 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Week Off : Sunday

Required Skills :

• Admissions, inquiry, and student record handling

• Good coordination, planning, and organization

• Ability to handle parents, teachers, and students

• Basic computer skills (MS Office & email)

• Good verbal and written communication

• Time management and multitasking

• Problem-solving ability

• Presentable and professional attitude

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily academic and administrative activities of the school

• Act as a communication link between management, teachers, students, and parents

• Prepare and maintain academic schedules, timetables, and records

• Support teachers in curriculum planning and classroom coordination

• Handle parent meetings, student issues, and school events

• Monitor student attendance, performance, and discipline records

• Assist in school audits, inspections, and reporting

• Ensure implementation of school policies and academic standards
