Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, organized, and proactive Preschool Coordinator to manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center. The coordinator will support teachers, handle parent communication, and maintain a positive learning environment.
Candidates must be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily preschool operations and ensure smooth functioning of all activities

• Coordinate with teachers and support classroom planning and execution

• Handle parent queries, admissions, and regular communication

• Maintain student records and administrative documentation

• Plan and support school events, activities, and programs

• Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment

• Monitor staff performance and assist in training and development

Qualifications

• Graduate (preferred in Education/Management)

• Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education/NTT/Montessori is an added advantage

• Relevant experience in preschool coordination or administration preferred

Skills Required

• Fluency in English (mandatory) – strong spoken and written communication

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good organizational and leadership abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, records handling)

• Problem-solving and multitasking skills

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in preschool coordination/administration preferred
