We are looking for a Principal to join our team CBSE affiliated School upto Senior Secondary having 1000 Students from Pre to 12 Class with expertise in School Management Skills, and strong Experience of Head Position of a CBSE Affiliated School . In this position, The role offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary.
Key Responsibilities:
All Responsibilities as a Head of School
Conduct sessions to help students learn and improve in various subjects.
Monitor and report on students' academic progress.
Use positive feedback to motivate students.
Teach effective study habits and prepare students for exams.
Promote an interactive and engaging learning environment.
Ensure a safe and supportive space for students to grow.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate with B.Ed. and minimum 10 years of Experience in CBSE Affiliated School . Strong leadership skills and experience in areas like test preparation & special education are highly desirable.
