Key Responsibilities • Activity-Based Teaching: Design and implement creative, play-based learning activities for young kids. • Value & Emotional Upbringing: Foster positive behavior, good manners, and emotional stability in children. • Safe Classroom Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, cheerful, and engaging classroom atmosphere. • Parent Communication: Conduct regular, polite, and constructive feedback sessions with parents regarding their child's progress. Requirements & Qualifications • Education: Graduate with a certification or diploma in NTT, PPTC, ECCE, or Early Childhood Education. • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a creative and innovative mindset. • Personality: Extremely patient, loving, energetic, and passionate about working with toddlers. • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a reputed preschool is preferred (passionate freshers are also welcome).
