We are looking for a Phonics Teacher to join our team at Nestelle Learning. The position requires creating design lesson plans and helping students meet their educational and academic goals.
KRAs:
1. Child Safety & Wellbeing – Ensure physical safety, hygiene and emotional security of all toddlers
2. Montessori Classroom Management – Prepare a calm, child centred Montessori environment aligned with toddler development needs
3. Child Observation & Development – Observe, support and document each child’s motor skills development
4. Activity Planning & Execution – Plan and present age appropriate Montessori and practical life activities encouraging independence and reflection.
5. Parent communication & Collaboration – Maintain clear, respectful communication with parents regarding routines, progress and concerns.
6. Monthly event planning – Plan and execute age appropriate monthly events and theme days for toddlers and mothers.
