We are seeking a passionate, caring, and creative Preschool Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will foster children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development through age-appropriate activities and play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans based on the preschool curriculum.
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain accurate records.
Encourage good behavior using positive discipline techniques.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.
Organize classroom activities, events, and learning materials.
Ensure children's health, hygiene, and safety at all times.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance the learning experience.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Diploma/Certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting (freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
