Preschool Teacher

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Preschool Teacher who understands that early childhood education is not just about teaching ABCs, but about building confidence, communication, and thinking skills in children.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, creative, and capable of handling young children with patience and structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate, engaging classroom activities

• Implement whole brain development activities (brain gym, sensory play, creative learning, etc.)

• Focus on language development, confidence building, and social skills

• Maintain a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment

• Observe and track each child’s progress and behavior

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development

• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and activity materials

• Participate in school events, celebrations, and curriculum planning

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

• Ability to handle children with patience and empathy

• Basic understanding of early childhood development

• Creative thinking and activity planning skills

• Good classroom management ability

• Energetic, proactive, and responsible attitude

Qualifications

• ECCEd / Montessori / NTT (preferred)

• Graduate in any field (mandatory)

• Prior preschool experience preferred (freshers with strong skills can apply)
